• All session fees are due IN ADVANCE of appointment date.

• $95.00 Standard Session Fee which includes a $50.00 credit towards print order.

• Session fees are non-refundable if appointment date is missed or canceled.

• The minimum purchase or 1/2 of package total is due when placing your order; with the balance due at pickup.

• Portrait viewing sessions are scheduled one week after session or online via our web site.

• You are encouraged to bring additional clothing changes & any personal props to express your uniqueness & personality.

• We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (to include: Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover).

• A $25.00 fee is charged for all NSF checks. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

RESCHEDULING / CANCELATION POLICY: While rescheduling is generally not a problem, rescheduling your date / time is limited yo only once. In the event you need to reschedule a second time, an additional fee will be charged. ALL SESSION FEES & DEPOSITS must be prepaid and are NON=REFUNDABLE.
