We will first chat with you to see if we agree that we're a good fit, and, if so, we'll set up a time to meet with you in person at our studio so we can all get to know each other better and so we can create your perfect wedding or portrait photography experience.

We are always happy to work with your schedule to make it possible for you to visit with us in person, but it is not required. We do all that we can to make the process simple and easy for our out-of-towners. We are happy to schedule phone appointments with you and to share lots of samples with you on-line.

We reserve dates on a first-come, first-served basis. We require a signed copy of our wedding contract and a $400 retainer to make the date yours. To book a portrait session, we require the creation fee to be paid to lock in date & time with the minimum purchase amount due on date of session.

This is a difficult question to answer, as sometimes we book dates 2 years in advance, and sometime it is much closer to the wedding date. We will book a maximum of 24 months in advance. Our best advice is to reserve your date as soon as you know that you want us to be your photographers. For most of our clients, that means getting the date set with the ceremony and reception sites, and then securing us. Portraits session are only done Wednesday – Saturday. You should book your desired dates as soon as possible. Special promotions book up fast, so we recommend reserving your date & time as soon as you receive the promotion notices from us.

Absolutely! We will go anywhere you desire for your engagement, wedding or honeymoon photography as well as for family & senior portraits sessions. We love to photograph our clients in new and exciting places. Please call us so we can provide a custom quote.

RESCHEDULING / CANCELATION POLICY:

While rescheduling is generally not a problem, rescheduling your date / time is limited to only once. In the event you need to reschedule a second time, an additional fee will be charged. ALL SESSION FEES & DEPOSITS must be prepaid and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
