John Ehret High School Yearbook Cap & Gown Grad Sessions Week!
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE SESSION?:
These sessions are 20 Minutes In-Studio Portrait Sessions. You will be photographed in the Cap & Gown, White Drape (Females) and Formal Black Tuxedo (Males).
JWP Studio supply the Cap & Gown, the Drape with a single strand pearl necklace and the Tuxedo outfits. 

*Females will need to bring or wear a white spaghetti strap top to wear underneath the drape. Hair and makeup should be done prior to arriving at JWP Studio office.
*Males will need to bring of wear a white tee shirt and white button-down dress shirt. JWP Studio will supply the needed neckties.

CANCELATIONS / NO-SHOW:
Payment of your booking fee locks in your chosen date & time for your session. This also prevents anyone from booking the same time slot as you. The booking fee is applied as a credit toward your portrait order(s).
***Be advised, all booking fees are non-refundable if you fail to show up for your reserved appointment time. 

If you desire to add additional clothing changes, be photographed with friends and family, or any other special requests, please call the photographer at 504-393-0014 prior to booking your time slot. Thank You for booking your High School Senior Cap & Gown Session. We have received your message and will lock in your chosen date and time just for you. Below, you will find some important details concerning your upcoming session.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE SESSION?:
Your session will lase approximately 30 Minutes. It is an In-Studio Portrait Sessions. You will be photographed in the Cap & Gown and Tux (for guys) or Drape (for girls). JWP Studio supply both the Cap & Gown, Tux, and Drape outfits.

(Girls) need to bring or wear a white spaghetti strap top to wear underneath the drape. You will also be wearing a single string pearl necklace in the drape photos. You may bring your own or use the pearl necklace supplied by JWP Studio. To be clear, you DO NOT have to go purchase a pearl necklace if you do not own one, JWP Studio will supply one for you. (Please call if you have any questions about this.)

(Guys) need to wear a white tee shirt and bring or wear a white button down dress shirt. JWP Studio will supply the tie.

ATTENTION: Both girls & guys will be wearing the cap on their heads. We ask that you please wear your hair in a manner that the cap can fit on your head properly. Your hands will show in some of the photos. You may bring your class ring and have your nails styled if you desire.


CANCELATIONS & NO-CALL/NO-SHOW:
Payment of your booking fee locks in your chosen date & time for your session. This also prevents anyone from booking the same time slot as you. Therefore, be advised that all fees are non-refundable if you fail to show up for your reserved time. You will be required to pay an additional fee to re-book your session.

JWP Studio is a full service portrait photography studio. We offer both indoors & outdoors senior portfolio sessions. If you desire to add additional clothing changes and/or locations, please call the photographer at 504-393-0014 and inquire about booking one of the custom in studio or outdoors portrait sessions, (Drive By, Gallery, Illustrative, or Ultimate Senior Sessions).
